The Four Saucemen are a competition BBQ Team made up of four gents from the suburbs. A common interest in low n slow barbecue has given them a taste of success in the New Zealand Barbecue scene. At their very first competition receiving a 2nd place for Pork Ribs in 2017 at Meatstock Auckland. In 2018 they collected a first place for pork ribs and came 4th overall with 52 teams competing also at Meatstock Auckland 2018. Our common theme at these comps has been our home made pork rib rub and sauce. Care is taken in procuring great ingredients. Adam Winter - Manager of The Four Saucemen has decided to share his Pork Rib Rub so you can produce delicious Ribs at home.
