The Fox Pizza Bus is a traveling wood fired restaurant operating in Los Angeles and throughout Southern California providing local, organic and sustainable catering options to a variety of both large and small events. Privately owned and operated by Chef Mike Fox, The Fox was originally imported into the US from Scotland in the summer of 2009. After an extremely long, meticulously planned makeover, the once bright yellow transit bus was turned into a kitchen on wheels complete with the only mobile enclosed wood burning oven in the country.
From pig roasts to seafood nights, pizza parties to steaks, the Fox Pizza Bus is capable of anything, anywhere.
