How are young leaders meant to contribute to a community that doesn’t recognise them? This focus on contributions ignores the community’s responsibility to enable them. Isolated by expectations, without a clear way forward, ambition and ability are suffocated. Language, culture and skills can be learned. Contribution must be enabled.

To truly combat isolation we work (mostly) remote, because inclusion extends past the M25.
Our alumni know their value, defining themselves not by the position they hold but the lives they impact. Sometimes it's being a better mother, other times it's leading social change.
