For as long as I can remember, I've drawn and doodled. It's my “backing track” for thinking things through.
At high school, this evolved into sketching the adventures of my mates in comic strips.
Moggy getting so wasted that he could float to the moon and homebrew white lightning cider out of stardust.

I’d sketch these.
Show them to my mates at break.
Have a chuckle.
And then bin them.
My school was strict. If you got caught with that in a “Stop and turn out your blazer pockets, lad!” search, you'd be straight in an after-school detention.
That, I did NOT need.
