Sports science has grown significantly over the last decade and has changed coaching practices forever. We are the only dedicated pitching/throw programme in the region to hold certifications in both Top Velocity and DriveLine. Our drill based programmes build velocity, accuracy, spin rates and most importantly teaches the athlete how to pitch/throw without arm soreness and signifigantly reduces the risk of injury. We provide coaching to both male and female athletes aged 10 years and older.
OUR CERTIFICATIONS
We are certified in 3 USA baseball coaching accreditations; Top Velocity, DriveLine Baseball and USA Baseball AB & C. Australian Baseball Federation Level 4 and Australian Strength & Conditioning Level 1 + Proplay AI - Intro to Biomechanics
Queensland Junior Elite pitching coach along with 15 + years coaching experience.
