The experience commences with a management review to understand the current position, challenges and opportunities that the company may face. A workshop format is used to develop ideas for growth, and to identify the barriers and what may be done to overcome them. A growth readiness report known as The Index Report , is then produced which identifies the readiness by department, and highlights any areas needing concentration before a successful growth plan can be developed.
Opportunity then exists to develop the relationship longer term, typically a year, whereby the plan is developed with milestones and a specific consultant appointed to work alongside the company throughout the period. One of the biggest advantages to this is that the consultant will continue to draw the management's attention back to the plan to secure the advantages at times when other challenges may be a distraction.
Additionally, training and development opportunities exist for departments, groups and individuals -which are designed especially around your mutually agreed needs. We do not provide standard training packages, nor offer mixed training alongside staff from other companies since, in our experience, this dilutes the experience for the customer.
