The Happy ApE project

The Happy ApE project is a comprehensive exploration of the human experience, which covers in particular philosophical insights, human emotions, life observations, artistic creativity, mindfulness practices, and more. It offers an artistic and structured approach to understanding different perspectives, with a focus on building habits and creating a meaningful life. The project also discusses experiences under the influence of substances like cannabis and psychedelics, likening them to Quick Meditations. It is called the happy ApE project because at it’s core it is about practicing the two wings of mindfulness meditation; Awareness and Equanimity.
