The Grind is a national collective of women + nonbinary founders, operators, and investors in healthtech innovation. Our members have ten+ years of professional experience and are currently immersed in building new, impactful solutions and technology. Healthcare is needlessly opaque and our vision is to build a collaborative and energetic space for dreamers and doers.
The Grind was founded in 2018 by Colleen Cozzens and Olivia Capra and today is supported by regional leadership and a content team. The organization connects members on a virtual platform and builds in-person relationships across San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, Denver, Boston, New York, and Miami.
