The Informer newspaper is a commercial publication founded in Matatiele in the Eastern Cape. The publication was founded by experienced journalist Andile Nomabhunga. The newspaper focuses on publishing local news, closing the gap left by the mainstream media.
We print and distribute over 10 000 copies every fortnight Fridays in Matatiele, Mount Fletcher, Kokstad, Maclear, Ugie Mount Frere, Ntabankulu, Mt Ayliff, Mbizana, Flagstaff, Lusikisiki, Umzimkhulu and Ixopo. The Informer has extended its services to a digital platform publication.
