The INNER is the largest experiential event dedicated to well-being and mental health in Romania. Every year, it brings together renowned psychology professors, bestselling international authors, therapists, researchers, artists, and musicians for a rich program of conferences, workshops, masterclasses, and concerts.
Held annually during the first weekend of June in Cluj-Napoca – and for the first time in Bucharest this October – The Inner - Mapping Inside invites participants to explore the question at the heart of everything we do:
How can we best support people to experience their true inner self?
With a mission to improve quality of life through self-knowledge and consistent inner practice, The INNER encourages personal growth on all levels – mental, emotional, and physical – by offering broad access to awareness-based disciplines: psychology, neurobiology, body movement, nutrition, mindfulness, spirituality, and more.
