Individual Coaching and Consultation - Even if your position came with an instruction manual, your employees do not. Each employee is different, making management complex at times. We provide phone support for supervisors. You may need to discuss an individual situation or ask for strategies to help. We are available to assist you in developing leadership competency. Customized Supervisory Training - Changes in the workplace can create the need for new strategies. We work with supervisors to train them to adapt and grow in their work environment. Supervisors who are well trained and confident are better able to help create an environment of growth and productivity in the workplace. Incident Support and Consultation - When there is a situation requiring intervention, either one at work, or one that is effecting the workplace, we are available for phone consultation. We can help you consider options and make an action plan for the situation. Performance Referrals - When an employee is experiencing difficulties that effect their work performance, one option as a supervisor is to make a referral. Because your role as a supervisor is to encourage the success of those you lead, it is important you understand the options available.
