After a number of years working in London’s property letting and management industry, our founder Nick became tired of dealing with landlords and tenants that were dissatisfied with the standard of check-in, check-out and inventory reports that were currently being produced by inventory companies.
Nick decided to found a company himself which promises detailed, thorough and high quality reports. After spending a year reviewing reports and liaising with inventory companies and clerks Nick still hadn’t seen any that met the standard he was looking for. Through moments of inspiration, perseverance and courage The Inventory Shop was founded.
Nick’s passion for creating a company that produces detailed, comprehensive and thorough reports in a fast, efficient and timely manner is at the heart of what keeps The Inventory Shop beating since its first report in 2106.
We use some of the most innovative software on the market to create our digital reports, which include a gallery of high resolution photos. This allows us to meet a rigorous compliance check-list, as the property’s cleanliness and condition are documented in a way that is engaging and revolutionary.
