The Jerky Bandit is a brand new business and we are so excited as be begin our journey. From this trendy little Coffee /Food trailer we will be selling the best coffee you have ever tasted along with our very own brand of home made Jerky. The Jerky is made from locally sourced, top quality topside beef. Supporting our local Australian farmer is one of our main aims. The flavours of our Jerky are quite unique, using fresh home grown herbs and spices. My many years experience as a chef have been a great combination in deliverving an amazing variety of tastes. We will be found visiting many of the events, functions, markets, race meets, rodeos and camp drafts right through the central north Qld area, however, don't worry, you can always order online and we can post out to you wherever you are.
