We provide at home, a range of support services to children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their families. We also support our families when their children are in hospital.
We have a team of specialist nurses and trained support staff who work with the Jessie May “Team Around the Family”; an events co-ordinator, a family liaison officer and a bereavement co-ordinator. Together they offer holistic support.
Our nurses know the children they care for well, and with that comprehensive understanding, coupled with their medical knowledge, they’re able to provide the advocacy that’s often missing in an often-stressful hospital setting.
