The Jurisprudence Journal is a legal analysis and research project which aims to contribute to and further the constructive evolution and development of the law by seeking greater access to and distribution of justice for every individual in society. The Jurisprudence Journals seek to achieve this by shedding insight on topical, concurrent, and historical criminal and civil legal cases and inspiring others to think more deeply and critically about the subject of law. We want to share our passion for the subject of law with others, expose others to our writers' unique opinions, and convey exactly why we believe law is so fundamental to a cohesive, modern-day society, and consequently, why others should develop or take a greater interest in the dynamic subject of law.
