The Late Jhumer Devi & Moolchand Daga Memorial Student Mentoring Programme is designed to Nurture young professionals of today to become leaders of Tomorrow. The guiding principle is to provide a platform for young professionals to “Experience- Learn-Grow” so that they can become Future Leaders. Most Students have an innate ability but do not get the right mentoring or guidance from the Industry. This programme aims to provide the same to these students. The entire programme is structured in such a way so as to provide exposure to all aspects of the chosen domain to the students. For example, Marketing students will get exposure to Brand Building, Lead Generation, Order execution, Channel Expansion, Promotional Campaigns & Digital Marketing for B2b as well as B2C segment. This would pretty much cover most aspects which for a Marketing Student and would be a great learning process. This can also be a guide for budding professionals to understand what they are good at and what interests them. . The Internships are designed for Students pursuing Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBM/PGDM) or Graduation (BBM/BBA/B.Com). Students are put in real business situations to ensure complete understanding of all aspects of the business world. Students have complete access to their Mentor even after the Internship has completed to ensure sustained grooming and learning happens on an ongoing basis. Educational Institutes are encouraged to incorporate our process into their curriculum to benefit a larger pool of students. Currently the programme is active in Bangalore. Students from leading institutes like National Institute of Technology (NIT- Trichy), ISBR, IBMR, PES University, AIMS have taken up internships under this programme. The internship programme is also going to expand to provide Vocational Training to financially needy students who have completed 12th or 2nd year PUC.
