The London Leather Workshop was founded in 2012 by Italian designers and makers Sara Battiston and Melissa Bruscoli.
With 20 years of experience in the fashion and accessories industry, we offer services for accessory designers and accompany them from design consultancy to product development and prototyping to material sourcing and manufacturing.
We work with UK based and international customers, from start-ups to established brands.
THE TEAM: We are a small, highly specialised and passionate team with extensive experience in the designing, prototyping and manufacturing of fashion accessories.
Our highly skilled collaborators (machinists, pattern cutters, artisans, and prototype makers) help us deliver each project to the highest standards and punctuality.
SKILL SHARING: We share our expertise, knowledge and skills with amateur leatherworkers, as well as professionals looking to improve their skill set. We collaborate with prestigious UK universities and are proud to partner with The Prince’s Trust Enterprise Programme, supporting young entrepreneurs at the early stages of their business.
OUR PHILOSOPHY: We believe in providing personal, transparent and uncompromising quality of service. Our small team works in realistic human timeframes and pays all employees and collaborators fair wages. We take great pride in our craftsmanship, based on attention to detail, using traditional and innovative methods combined with problem-solving and can-doing approaches.
