We believe in providing a bold, outside-the-box approach in collaboration with the best possible evidence-based practices to meet your needs. By integrating therapy, coaching, nutrition, exercise, spiritual counseling, Eastern medicine, and other holistic practices—we believe we can work collaboratively with any client to customize their care.
We currently offer 1:1 services, a 16 hour connect program with collaborative coaching, training and psychotherapy and our flagship Personalized Integrative Care (PIC) program. Our PIC program is 30 hours of one on one therapy, coaching, psychiatry, med management, personal training, yoga, acupuncture, chiropractic care and more.
