THE MANAGEMENT GARRISON (TMG) is a joint initiative by a group of seasoned CIO’s from various industries’ background coupled with over 20 years of field experience in Information Technology Management.
Why “TMG – CIO on Demand”:
As top notch professional in the corporate, we came across with multiple organizations where acute shortage of business centric IT knowledge was experienced. This was basically due to absence of proper knowledge / resource within the organization. In today’s scenario, to maintain proper knowledge of IT vertical within the organization has a COST. Hence at the time of evaluating technological approach for the organization, either decisions are biased due to interference of the IT vendors or decisions are improper due to lack of knowledge about the industry.
We therefore created a platform whose services can be helpful for the organization as these persons have in depth knowledge of the technology / industry and are available on shared basis which reduces the cost of maintenance of IT knowledge of the organization.
