The Next Generation Initiative helps young men and women gain the experience and skills their careers require, through Master Classes, mentoring, internships and other leadership programs that introduce students and young professionals to innovators, entrepreneurs, and mentors in a wide range of fields. Our programs reach thousands of young go-getters across the country, and connect them with leaders and experts who share their insider’s views on careers and trends in their industries. Our Master Classes bring motivated students together with executives like Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation COO Sylvia Mathews Burwell and high-tech entrepreneur Ted Leonsis — and experts like White House advisor Fran Townsend and journalist George Stephanopoulos.
