You Are The Most Important Project Of Your Life. The One Project is an organization promoting the power of therapeutic photography to learn, heal & grow towards becoming your authentic self. Through photos, you are able to utilize non-verbal communication and your subconscious to improve communication, build empathy and overcome what’s holding you back. When you work on yourself and share your stories, you will be helping others in their own development — learning more about yourself through the perspective of others.
It started with Bryce’s story, creating his own set of techniques to express, understand and eventually overcome severe depression and anxiety. As the project evolved, it became clear that more people could benefit from these techniques and many others were using similar methods for issues like cancer, chronic pain, and even dealing with daily stress or personal development. With no central location or hub connecting all of these powerful projects and stories, The One Project’s online platform was established to help promote therapeutic photography, educate people on the techniques through online courses and connect participants with projects.
