The Outstretched Arms Haven is a registered Not for Profit organization based in Kenya with a Mental Health focus. We offer professional guidance through life coaching, mentorship programs, seminars, trainings and workshops in learning institutions, religious
institutions, corporates, small scale entities and any other set up with identified need to be addressed. Motivational speaking on various classification e.g. Leadership, Money matters, Professionalism, Social issues, Embracing change, Marketing etc. Participation in Community outreaches in collaboration with the local council in promotion of mental wellness and well- being towards attaining improved quality life. Provision of psycho-social counseling services / therapy both online and face to face for individuals, couples, groups, children and students. Assessment, diagnosis, management and treatment of alcohol and substance addiction. Support groups and follow up programs towards sustenance of sobriety without relapses. Aspiration to provide skillset for the recovering addicts. Management of mental health disorders / illnesses. Raising and creating awareness / sensitization on mental health issues / disorders / illnesses / suicides to reduce the stigma and bridge the huge gap present. Advocacy for mental health for a more informed and supportive global society. Empowering and equipping the global society with life, coping and wellness skills to improve the quality of life. Collaboration and networking with various organizations / institutions / entities in order to achieve the stated objectives. Raising, securing and utilizing funds for the attainment of any or all objectives of the organization. Running and participating in mental wellness / well - being activities e.g. Football tournaments, hikes, walks, music and dance. Running fund drives to support new programs dependent on seasons and needs assessed to transform and impact the community at large as a way of giving back to the needy cases identified.
