The Paatra Foundation—a not-for-profit organization—is a registered trust founded in April 2022 by a group of like-minded philanthropists with a mission to facilitate kitchen essentials for all! The Paatra Foundation believes in the importance of creating meaningful opportunities for all communities to be able to do their bit in eliminating poverty. Our mission is to provide all communities with access to the basic necessity that every human deserves—a kitchen utensil. We facilitate this through donations, fundraising events, and creating awareness in various ways so that everyone can participate in alleviating poverty. The organization has a registered office in Bengaluru (JAY-00003/2022-23 DC No.JAYD1202).
The board is chaired by the co-founder of The Paatra Foundation, Mr. Mukesh Kumar Katariya, CMD of Paatra Bhandar Retail. Mukesh provides governance and leadership for enabling The Paatra Foundation to accomplish its mission. The board is also headed by Mr. Khushal Katariya, Managing Partner, Paatra Bhandar Retail, and Ms. Sanjana, Founder, and CEO, Sanriya.
The advisory committee consists of a group of highly qualified professionals from public, private, and development sectors who share a similar passion for the uplifting of the community.
