The firm was co-founded in 1987 by its two senior principals, Theodore R. Gamble, Jr. and Susan L. Stupin. Its primary operating subsidiaries are Prescott Capital Management, LLC and Prescott Capital Advisors, LLC. The firm is both an emerging manager and a woman-owned firm. Prescott offers a range of investment formats, including separate accounts; joint ventures, and diversified portfolio investments. We also assist our investors in optimizing the tax and accounting aspects of these investments. This work also creates future partnering opportunities for Prescott.
