The Princess Auto Foundation supports the trades, providing bursaries through partnerships with Canadian colleges.
Founded in 2007 the foundation has grown significantly. The first year $40,000 was raised and distributed. In 2008 over $300,000 was raised!
In 2009 / 2010 the bursary program has been expanded to 6 technical colleges across Canada. Funds are deposited in endowment funds at the colledge to support students entering a skilled trade.
