Welcome to The Rainhill Trials
10 YEARS AGO the owners of TRAIN MANCHESTER CrossFit gym, wanted to create fitness competitions for everyone.
Capturing the thrilling atmosphere of large arena competitions, usually only available to international level CrossFit athletes.
Due to huge demand for places, a ballot process is in place to issue invites at random.
Using a unique seeding process, athletes are placed into one of 4 categories of competition. Challenging themselves against athletes of a similar ability from novice to elite.
Approx 600 athletes compete across a weekend. Taking part in 5 workouts, the athletes stay for the full day to determine who is the fittest.
