Here we are all about passing on the Hope we have by encouraging growth and recovery and positively impacting our community.
Wherever you find yourself, we want you to know that living well in recovery is possible.
We have a variety of services, which are all free to individuals. These range from our Hope Groups (peer support for those who are finding life tough), Rainbow Minds Matter (mental health support for the LGBTQIA+ community), Creative Arts Programme, Moving Mountains (mental health support for young people) and much more!
We also work in partnership with a number of organisations including Forward Thinking Birmingham, Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health Foundation Trust (Recovery College) and Ingeus UK.
