I work with businesses on short and long term contracts by supporting and providing leadership to the board of directors along with overseeing all aspects of the companies operations with the emphasis on long-term goals, growth, profit return of investment. Whatever your headcount most companies believe they have all the best processes in place. Company success is measured on growth and profit but how will this happen if businesses won’t change.
My KEY OBJECTIVES & RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Non-Executive/Board Advisor to small and large organisations.
- Overseeing the ongoing operations of all divisions in the company.
- Manage and directs the company toward its primary goals and objectives.
- Overseeing employment decisions at the executive level of the company.
- Supports and leads executives to consider business growth of the company.
- Promotes communication and cooperation among divisions to create a spirit of unity in the organization.
- Periodical reporting to the board regarding the status of the company's sales, finance, business progress and any other relevant information.
- Works with the board of directors and other executives to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans and policies.
- Presenting regular reports to the status of the company's operations to the board of directors and company staff.
- Reviewing the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the company's objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
- Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organisation such as sales directorship to help support the sales lifecycle, supporting other directors and executives with new modern ways of working.
- Opening of new offices, implementing all systems and processes. Employment if new staff, building of team structure.
