The Reliable Spring & Mfg Co Ltd has been manufacturing springs in the UK for well over 125 years, and we have experience across a wide range of industries.
With the latest technology, we manufacture bespoke springs for our customers, utilising the skills and expertise of our staff, enabling us to compete competitively and achieving short lead times.
We are currently supplying customers in: Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Turkey, Spain, France, Slovakia and Eire. As well as a large proportion of customers in the UK.
We are affiliated with U.K.S.M.A (United Kingdom Springs Manufacturers Association) and I.S.T (Institute of Spring Technology) and have BS EN ISO 9001:2015 accreditation, and complete traceability across all products.
Below is a very brief outline of our capacity range:
Compression Springs: Materials of all types. Wire range 0.2mm-19.0mm, spring diameters up to 135mm and lengths up to 1250mm
Extension Springs: Materials of all types. Wire range 0.3mm-19.0mm, spring diameters up to 100mm and lengths up to 1250mm. Most end conditions available.
Torsion Springs: Materials of all types. Wire range 0.2mm-19.0mm, spring diameters up to 135mm and lengths up to 1250mm. Any type of end shape or condition can be accommodated.
Wire Shapes: Materials of all types. Wire range up to 10mm.
Finishes: Most finishes can be accommodated.
General assembly work also undertaken.
