Bij theRevolution werken we met een ontwerpaanpak aan maatschappelijke opgaven en sociale vraagstukken. We helpen publieke organisaties anders te kijken, te denken en te werken. Samen met alle betrokkenen ontwerpen of verbeteren we publieke diensten, systemen en verhalen. We versterken relaties en maken verandering tastbaar. Zo bouwen we mee aan de maatschappij van morgen. Dat doen we met kwalitatief of ontwerpend onderzoek, strategie en ontwerp van innovaties. En vooral door samen te experimenteren en te kijken wat werkt. Om vervolgens te begeleiden bij implementatie en de veranderingen die nodig zijn. Samen boeken we resultaat op korte én op lange termijn. Wij blijven betrokken tot het afgesproken eindpunt is bereikt, en jij weer verder kan. theRevolution is thuis op verschillende thema’s, maar we werken het meest aan complexe vraagstukken in het sociaal domein, het onderwijs en zorg en welzijn. Zo zetten we steeds een stapje richting die gedeelde droom: een samenleving waarin iedereen meetelt, meedoet en gelijke kansen krijgt.
