Formed in 1996, The Right Productions has grown into a significant source for entertainment and events services in Detroit and North Carolina, producing events serving hundreds of thousands of people and creating and implemented award-winning marketing campaigns. In 2004, The Right Productions was awarded the contract to manage and operate the 6,000 seat Aretha Franklin Amphitheatre (formerly Chene Park Amphitheatre). Shows have included Herbie Hancock, Deepak Chopra, Mary J. Blige, Shahrukh Khan, Kem, Kenny G, Ne-Yo, The Detroit Symphony Orchestra Jill Scott and nearly one hundred other national acts. In addition to producing the shows, the company is responsible for all concessions, security, parking, grounds and maintenance at Chene Park.
For ten years the company provided entertainment booking and production services at the MGM Grand Detroit Casino and the Hollywood Casino at Greektown for such acts as Earth Wind and Fire, Howie Mandel, LeAnn Rimes, and Peter Frampton.
