Our Chief Dreamer in Charge, Rosalind Lucien (or Ms. Roz as her scholars affectionately call her), received her bachelor's degree in psychology and African Studies. She later went on to receive her master's degree in clinical and counseling psychology. She has been working as an educational consultant for the past 11 years. Her clients (affectionately referred to as BONUS BABIES) have matriculated to a variety of Ivy League and highly selective Liberal Arts Colleges, as well as top tier boarding and day schools throughout the country. Together with her team, she creates ACTION PLANS that help students make leaps and bounds in their local public or private education. How far a student goes in life should not be determined by their zip code, parent's bank account balance, or who they know. Unfortunately, these very things hinder many. We believe strongly in culturally responsive and relevant education. We meet students where they are and help them create a YES, I CAN mindset. Make us a part of your village.
