The SoCo was born out of a passion to alleviate the housing crisis the UK finds itself in. A severe lack of housing, coupled with people being increasingly isolated in a world where we are never alone, encouraged our founders Matthew and Ben to consider a new form of housing. A better form of housing. One that not only provides safety and convenience but also encourages people to engage with one another. To form real communities. The Social Community.
