The Solar Venture (“TSV”) is a private company, purpose-formed to commercialize a unique next-generation solar cell technology. Its mission is to create the world’s highest efficiency thin film solar cells by a very low cost commercial manufacturing process. Since launching in August 2007, the Company has conducted a feasibility study confirming favorable material results, secured nearly $5 million equity investment and government funding.
