The Spire Group Overview

We are a real estate advisory firm comprised of industry leading professionals who have been active in both local and international real estate markets for decades. When it comes to real estate, everyone thinks they are an expert. The fact is, if you are not working in real estate every day and don’t have the right relationships or a thorough understanding of how it “really” works, you are at a disadvantage. Spire team members are specifically recruited with the skills honed by working for both landlords and tenants. We collectively have the wisdom to generate value added real estate outcomes through the understanding of nuances involved in deals. We work all day, every day, on real estate advisory and transactions and have created value measuring over $300 million. Being collaborative and focusing on win win relationships is important to us. We are experienced in all aspects of the real estate industry and have worked with clients in a myriad of sectors, but we have two sectors we love to focus on: Healthcare: Under the direction of Spire, co-founder and Executive Vice President Jeffrey Sklar, the Spire healthcare team is uniquely qualified because we focus solely on the real estate needs of healthcare professionals and have been doing so for more than 15 years. Business and Commercial: The Spire commercial team is led by Spire co-founder and Managing Director, Michael Permack. Michael has been in real estate his entire professional career and has worked with industry leading clients ranging from local to multi-national, Fortune 500 organizations. No matter what business you are in, determining what is important when selecting and securing a location is a function of the short, medium and long-term goals of the business. Hence, each real estate transaction is unique and requires the experience of an industry professional to insure that the negotiated terms of any lease or purchase agreement are supportive of the company’s goals.
