The Staff College

The Staff College company information, Employees & Contact Information

We exist to improve the lives of our communities by supporting positive leadership change and growth and to make a difference. The Staff College provides professional development and leadership support for those working in public serving sectors and partner organisations, with a long standing and well-established reputation within Children’s Services and alliances within education, health, social care and adult services. As a not-for-profit organisation, we pride ourselves on reinvesting into the sector by evolving the products we provide to support the ever-changing environments throughout the UK. We are committed to working across the breadth of public services to provide deep and enriching experiences at every level. We are committed to public value, working in learning partnerships, and our work has been described as “inspirational” and “transformational.” We currently deliver the DfE funded DCS Leadership Programme to aspiring and new DCSs and have a growing range of leadership development offers for leaders across the public sector. These programmes include Inspiring Future Leaders (for 3rd tier leaders), a National SEND Leadership offer alongside our inclusive offer such as Women in Leadership and our successful Black and Asian Leadership Initiative.
