Our work consists of four practices to fulfilling our mission:
• Education to promote learning and development, primarily through the application of science to leadership and organizational effectiveness.
• Research to understand and find solutions to the most urgent and important challenges and problems organizations are facing today and in the future.
• Service to assist charitable and disadvantaged organizations and leaders with the provision of our ideas, concepts, models, tools, and products to benefit the common good.
• Advocacy to be the voice for change within organizations, communities, and policy-making entities for bringing greater awareness to pressing organizational issues including those involving sustainability, innovation and integrity.
