The Henry and Marilyn Taub Faculty of Computer Science is the second largest department at The Technion and largest computer science department in Israel, with approximately 1,800 undergraduate students (about one-fifth of all Technion students) and over 300 graduate students. Comprised of over 50 faculty members internationally renowned in a wide variety of fields, the department is at the forefront of technological education and research in Israel.
The faculty offers undergraduate degree programs in Computer Science (three-year and four-year), Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Mathematics, Computer Science and Physics, and a dual degree in Medicine and Computer Science. Students learning towards a degree in Computer Science may also choose to specialize in Machine Learning and Data Analysis, Bioinformatics, or Computer Systems Security and Cyber program. The faculty also offers M.Sc. and Ph.D. degree programs and numerous research opportunities.
