We make our award-winning raw milk cheeses, Pitchfork Cheddar and Gorwydd Caerphilly at our dairy in North Somerset. Handmade using traditional methods from raw, unpasteurised milk, you can buy directly from our dairy alongside cheese from our good friends at Neal's Yard Creamery and Stichelton Dairy. We also sell through local delis and retailers. We are part of the slow food movement and with Artisan Somerset Cheddar Presidia status, our Pitchfork Cheddar was voted Best British Cheese and 4th Best in the World at the 2019 /2020 World Cheese awards with our Caerphilly voted 11th best cheese in the world.
