The training is based on Design Thinking method. This method offers a structured approach by developing skills needed in this hectic world. After following this training you will have found your own way and you will be able to manifest your happiness in life. You are in control again.

ELS OVERDUIN - Owner of The United Human way & The Human Way
Els Overduin has more than 20 years of experience as a corporate social worker and is also a trauma expert, counselor and trainer. She has extensive knowledge of Psychosocial Stress and works independently with various clients. Her passion lies in supporting people and helping them connect with their inner source. By setting up this training, she wants to make it widely accessible.
