The Unprescribed Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by Veterans and mental health professionals to bring suicide awareness to the masses through the film, Unprescribed, in combination with expert panels and audience Q/A sessions. Our organization is founded on the principles of integrative medicine (plants-over-pills).
We are a diverse group of mental health professionals, veterans and subject matter experts with a shared vision of saving lives through engaging media.
Looking forward, our Vision is to produce a 2-season docuseries about military trauma, PTSD, and veteran suicide. Each episode will feature a specific individual, cause or effort that have overcome life altering events and their respective journeys of healing.
