On October 18, 2018, the Initial Organizational Meeting of the Winston Knolls Foundation for Thriving with Autism was held. Organizational Resolutions of the Board of Directors were adopted, with some of the accepted resolutions included: bylaws, officers, articles of incorporation and standing committees. The formation of the Foundation will represent just another in a long list of key milestones in the growth of Winston Knolls Education Group. The Foundation shall be organized and operated exclusively to benefit, perform, and carry out the charitable, scientific, educational, and other exempt purposes of Winston Knolls Education Group | The Winston Knolls School.
