The Winter Players were formally established in June 2024 by LASALLE College of the Arts BA (Hons) in Acting graduate Marwyn Ho. Their main ambition is the exploration, resurrection and reinvention of classic Dramatic Literature and Forms, staging theatre classics that are not often seen on the local stage with Asian voices and sensibilities.
Their debut performance of 'Doctor Faustus' concluded in early July 2024 to a sold-out run.
