engineering and construction projects. managing a dynamic human resources
function, and workforce, as well as teaching undergraduate business courses for
reputable universities such as University of California, Irvine, University of
California, San Diego, San Diego State University, Cal-State Long Beach
(Engineering Technology Department), Cal-State Fullerton, as well as leadership
roles such as College President, Business Dean, Program Manager, M.B.A Program
Coordinator, Global Regulatory Manager.
In addition, contributions include serving as the Western Academy of
Management (AoM) Conference Session Chair, AoM Research Paper Reviewer,
ASQ Quality Press Board member/Reviewer, Santa Ana Workforce Board of
Directors Board member, and participation in the Annual Conference Meeting
