Coming with decades of experience, Dr. Ashish Singh is a Consulting Orthopaedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon presently spearheading the Arthroplasty unit in Arthritis & Joint Replacement Clinic Patna, India.
More than 200 knee and hip replacement surgeries, including primary complex joints and revisions of failed hip and knee arthroplasty have been performed by him.
His educational background speaks volumes about his continuous endeavour to stay updated in the medical field. An M.B.B.S. from university of Nagpur, Master in Orthopaedics from university of Pune, MCh. Orth. from Dundee, Scotland (UK), He has also done SICOT Diploma in Orth. from Sweden and P.G. Diploma in Computer Assisted Orthopaedics Systems (C.A.O.S.) from the University of Glasgow completes his education journey.
After completing his basic orthopaedic surgical training from Pune, he underwent formal training and fellowships in lower limb reconstruction from, Royal Infirmary Of Edinburgh, Golden Jubilee National Hospital Glasgow, Royal Devon Hospital, Exeter, University hospitals, Oxford and Musgrave Park Hospital, Ireland.
He got the opportunity to work with the masters in the field of hip & knee arthroplasty. Having a formal degree and exposure in computer assisted Orthopaedic systems, he can perform hip and knee replacements with navigation/robotics. He has done fellowship in revision total knee replacements and has evolved over time to become an arthroplasty surgeon with a special interest in lower limb adult reconstruction.
A very learned person, Dr. Ashish, has done more than 34 courses, been 14 times in the position faculty & speaker and also has publsihed 3 papers in international journals
