The Grace Program is an 8-week pilot program developed by a research team based in Virginia. With contributions from academic experts across the nation, we have created a multi-approach model that is evidence-based and justice-centered. We are looking to partner with communities of color, police departments, and local businesses to promote a solution to our country's growing tensions around racial justice and the future of policing. Our goal is to conduct a program evaluation of our pilot program so that other communities will be able to recreate this model to facilitate healing in their communities.
