The Grove Youth Wellness Hubs of Ontario is a one-stop shop for youth mental health and wellness services and programs.
While demand for youth mental health services is at an unprecedented high, young people seeking support must find their way through fragmented resources on a long journey to meet the complexities of their individual needs.
We believe that the way out of the youth mental health crisis is to give our youth new skills, tools, and ways to reach out for support. With a focus on prevention and intervention, every Hub supports youth before mental health concerns become a crisis.
The Hubs meet youth where they are, with openness, providing a source of belonging while empowering youth to lead their own mental health story.
Every Hub provides a safe space for youth ages 12-26 to connect with friends and access over 30 community agencies on their terms. All available programming at the Hubs is designed by youth, making the programs unique to each local community and their needs.
