The practice was established by Ms Thembi E. Mawelele(TEM), an admitted attorney of the High Court Of SA who holds a Master’s Degree in specialising in Corporate Law in addition to the LLB and AIPSA Diploma in Insolvency Law all obtained from the University of Pretoria.
Our practice, Thembi E. Mawelele(TEM) Attorneys was established in 2012 as a general legal practice and has since grown and acclaimed recognition as a Labour Law specialising practice in and around the Nelspruit Jurisdictional area.
In December 2015, as part of embracing the business growth strategy, TEM Attorneys launched, TEM and Associates, with a clear objective to specialise solely and exclusively on Corporate and Commercial Law.
