In addition, I bring expertise in ADHD, mental health, and strategies to enhance your personal impact in interviews and public speaking.
A distinctive aspect of my work is coaching outdoors, with Nature. By integrating the natural world into the coaching process, I help clients create worthwhile and sustainable lives for themselves, and the world around them.
I also train other coaches in this transformative approach, through The Natural Coaching Course™ and Nature Based Coaching Skills training programme, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
