Theorema was born in 2001 as a fundamental bottom-up equity long-short investment firm with a strong emphasis on Europe.
We now run two different products, the original Long-Short Equity and a Global Commodity Macro.
The investment philosophy is to maximise our risk-adjusted returns using a combination of analytical and quantitative analyses.
The core European Equity Long-Short portfolio is run with a deep fundamental stock-picking strategy and leverages our strong in-house analytical process to uncover ‘value with a catalyst’ opportunities among our European universe.
The Global Commodity Macro it is a model based discretionary strategy, working on large data modelling applied to short term strategy, looking to gain from leveraged trades at key inflection points.
